Fingerprint dedup
'Robotics' and 'Robotics Team' collapse to the same bucket via a rule-based fingerprint. Counts sum; highest-count variant is the display title.

Counselor-authored overrides
Where the classifier gets it wrong (HOSA → clinical, not community service), hand-authored overrides always win.

Tier calibration
S/A/B/C reflects rarity × T20 admit rate for that bucket, not a raw popularity ranking. The 'obvious' clubs land B/C by design.
